This Level 1-2 class focuses on interval training and the TRX Suspension Trainer. Clients will receive a whole body workout guaranteed to challenge your overall strength, core strength, balance, flexibility, and your heart rate will be up! This is a challenging class that will be beneficial to everyone. Because the TRX suspension trainer uses your own body weight and angles to change resistance, multiple levels of clients can be in the same class and still be challenged. This Level 1-2 class focuses on interval training and the TRX Suspension Trainer. Clients will receive a whole body workout guaranteed to challenge your overall strength, core strength, balance, flexibility, and your heart rate will be up! This is a challenging class that will be beneficial to everyone. Because the TRX suspension trainer uses your own body weight and angles to change resistance, multiple levels of clients can be in the same class and still be challenged.
