About Inner You Pilates
Inner You Pilates is Carmel, Indiana's premier pilates studio. We offer private, duo and group classes at a variety of times to accommodate all schedules. The staff is fully trained and certified. The owner has achieved certifications through Peak Pilates and Balanced Body. Pilates is for all ages and fitness levels. You will definitely gain flexibility, core strength, and develop longer / leaner muscles while decreasing stress.
