Arm Balance Workshop
Get off of your feet & onto your hands!This workshop will use a structured asana practice including sun salutations, standing postures, hip openers, and core work to specifically prepare you for a variety of arm balances and inversions including crow, side crow and eka pada koundinyasana (one-legged arm balance). We will focus on how to safely support weight on your wrists and shoulders to help find your center of gravity. Open to yogis who are new to arm balances or those of you looking to refine your practice with mindfulness and ease, come join us with a mindset of experimentation and playfulness as we give our legs a break and get onto our hands! |
