Studio B Pilates is located within the beautiful spaces of the old Point Bakery building in downtown Stevens Point. Working alongside highly specialized physical therapists, we are able to provide a calm, safe and respectful environment for you to work out in.

Emphasis will be planced on principles of functional anatomy that strengthen the body’s core, improve balance, and increase coordination and movement efficiency. Participants can expect to have a full conditioning experience that leads to evenly balanced musculature, increased range of motion and enhanced physical performance. The class is geared toward those with some Pilates experience, however individualized modified can be offered as needed for those with limitations. |
