At Yogalife our goal is to make it easy for anyone to experience the amazing qualities that yoga has to offer. To achieve this, we created a first class facility, hand-picked world class instructors and created an environment with spa-like amenities. For the experienced yogi we offer a variety of challenging classes, inspiring workshops and opportunities to learn from master teachers. For the beginner yogi, we offer basic yoga classes that are accessible to all levels and workshops that explore the fundamentals of developing a strong practice. An exploration of meditation, mantra and pranayama practices that can be easily woven into everyday life. In this session, we will open with light asana, only to prepare for sitting. You will be led in guided meditations to refine your awareness, and deepen your inner life, mantra practices to invoke more self-love and anchor your attention, and breath practices to calm the nervous system. Restore and Renew
With a greater emphasis in society today to do more, restoring our body has been all but completely forgotten. Many of us live in a chronic state of stress and as a result, this affects the quality of life and leaves our body comprised and vulnerable to illness and injuries. A restorative yoga practice is an “active relaxation” class where we purposely support the body in yoga postures with props so we can stimulate and relax the body towards balance.
