I read the reviews, but I have nothing but positive things to say. I had a facial-Wow, what a complete facial that left me feeling relaxed. Then we left for a short lunch nearby, came back for the best massage I've ever had. My therapist asked me several times if the pressure was right, if she was focusing on the right areas and if the room and blanket temperature was good. For my facial I loved the hot towels. For the massage I loved the head massage and the hot towel on my legs and feet after she massaged that area. All in all a very relaxing and joyous experience. I will return!!!

Way too hot and I didn't feel like she was too receptive to the fact that I was burning up. Good offer than that!!! Overall, I had a wonderful day.

I visit this location 2-3 times a month for massages as I have chronic back pain. I LOVE the atmosphere. The water room that you get to use for free before your treatment is great. I have also had a couple facials here and they are the best I have ever had. You do have to be careful which massage therapist you get, some are better than others. If you find one you like, only schedule with them. This is the only place I will go to, I highly recommend giving them a try.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Not a great value for the price. You can easily find a 5 star place that gives you the same treatment for the same cost with 10 times better customer support and service. The service and staff over the years has declined. If you have a great experience it is because it is your first time. Try a second - it is a disaster. Try to discuss your concerns with the owner Brenda and she could care about a customer. The front desk clerk was not friendly and the owner has completely forgot what it is to be in a service environment. There are several other spas in the area like Pampering Place that I would choose instead. Oh, and the pedicure I received was by a girl who had more polish on my feet than on my toes.

Great amenities, beautiful throughout, and great employees. Overall could not ask for more. They are reasonably priced and provide great service.
