Vineman/Barbs Race Training Day- Bike Course Preview

VineMan/Barbs Race Bike Course Preview  What: VineMan Bike Course Ride and T-Run as follows. Ride will start and finish at Windsor High School. This is slightly modified to from race day. Run will be on the actual course. Run any distance up to 13 miles. There will be a S.A.G. Vehicle on the ride. Training day will also cover special race insight and race day strategy. Where: Meeting at Windsor High School 9 A.M. Ready to Ride. Bring: Extra fuel, fluids, cash, I.D. spare tubes and tires, wear race day gear and clothing. Nothing new on race day! Post workout recovery nutrition AND Sunscreen!! ALSO: Yoga Mat or towel for post brick stretching.
