Power Flow (L1/2)

Move consistently from one pose to the next by utilizing the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath. Classes are also designed for level 1 but we recommend that the brand new student begin with our Basics/Beginners flow to familiarize yourself with the principles of alignment and yogic breath. Level 1/2- is for experienced beginners who have a good understanding in a foundation in yoga and have a basic awareness of yogic breathing. Level 1-2 moves at a slightly faster pace than Level 1.
