LIFT combines a CROSS FIT style with Functional Training. This class will incorporate specific power lifts that are not taught in a typical burn 60 class. Power Lifts can be practiced with heavy, moderate, or light loads for whatever is individually appropriate. This class is designed to achieve a more thorough and intensive lift with less emphasis on cardio. (Those with low back injuries, chronic knee or hip pain or shoulder injuries should consult the instructor or fitness director before joining this class) |
