Jen Bleier, a Pilates instructor from Brooklyn created Hoop-La-Tees or Hoopilates, a combination of Pilates and hooping. Marcie Walker, Hoop-O-Lution instructor, and Tanya James, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, bring this combination to you and your body every Thursday evening. They will teach you to use the hoop as a guide to control your body’s movements and to get a great core workout.
