VITALITY LASER SPA

Terrible customer service. Speaking to them . . . like pulling teeth. Treatment results after 6 laser hair removal sessions = minimal. Went for a seventh session not realizing I had completed my treatment and they booked me immediately. Isn't that convenient? My last and seventh session actually stung a bit, witch caught me by surprise since the others were painless. The tech told me she went up a bit to make sure we don't leave any behind. At the check out, I start planning my next appointment and they surprise me with a $50.00 bill for the "touch up." There I sat confused, thinking I had one or two sessions left to go. They kindly reminded me that I had completed my treatment and the "touch up" was fifty dollars. I don't recall going six times, but they had it written on their paper work. So . . . I left confused with the amount of sessions and frustrated that they weren't courteous enough to inform me over the phone (before the appointment) that there would be a fee for the "touch up." Defeats the purpose of a $99.00 deal on Groupon.

This spa is overloaded with LivingSocial and GroupOn clients. I bought a treatment from LivingSocial for three velasmooth treatments for $99. My first two visits were two days apart. After the second treatment, they didn't have availability for another month. A month later, the results (which were minimal) were already gone. I had an emergency on the morning of my third treatment and asked if I could come a half hour later and was met with an unapologetic NO. They wouldn't even let me reschedule. So, I lost the third treatment, even though I paid for it. The front staff is lethargic and unwelcoming. The aesthetician who performed the treatments was very nice. However, I wouldn't waste my money on this spa. I feel like I was ripped off.
