Baby and Me - Level 1/2

Baby and Me Yoga for one or both parents provides an opportunity to enhance bonding with your baby and allows you to connect with other parents in a carefree environment.  Learn fun yoga moves for baby to help them relax, sleep and digest better. When baby is content we can take time for us to breathe, relax and restore with gentle yoga.Baby & Me is appropriate for moms who are feeling good at 6 weeks postpartum. Cesarean-section mommies, 8 to 10 weeks; please check with your doctor or midwife. Babies from 6 weeks to crawling enjoy this class! Dads, partners, grandparents are welcome!  Drop-ins and late-comers to class are welcome, though registration is suggested.  No experience necessary.
