This is my first experience with Pilates. I love all of the instructors, especially Cara, Carol and Deb. The reformer class is super, and the instructors were great introducing new students to the machines. I've moved on to more difficult classes and still enjoy it. The barre class is my current favorite, and Deb's energy really makes it fun. The best part is being able to schedule in advance so you know you have a spot and don't have to show up 45 minutes early with your fingers crossed that you get in. Studio is very clean, machines are new, instructors are superb.

This place is ok, they only have 9 machines, so plan on having a really hard time scheduling classes if you want to go after 6pm. They fill up months in advance. Karen and Carol are very nice, but the owner can be a bit abrasive.

Bodies by Pilates is a fantastic studio to learn Pilates Reformer. Each of the teachers are hands on and very helpful. I purchased 20 sessions and know I'll be purchasing many many more. The workout is amazing!
