I have tried the Pilates class and did not like it. Unfortunately you have to do a certain amount of mat classes before you can do the good workout Pilates. I tried the mat classes but they were way too easy, just not worth the time. I received more of a work out walking to Pilates then the Pilates class itself. The four star is for the EXTENDS class! Wow! What a workout! I like to say I am in pretty good shape but this class is hard to keep up with. (In a good way) I love the "no pain, no game" feeling. Thanks Urbanfront!
