Awful... I had called to book a couples massage on a saturday about a month in advance. They told me that I was scheduled for 12:00 and she said she only had one massage therapist on that day so she would have to find another to come in since it was a couples massage. I figured they would call me if they couldn't find one... nope! I called the day before to confirm my appointment and they told me that I wasn't even in their system... how rude! I will never EVER be going to this spa that is just so unprofessional and irresponsible of them!

Surprised to see no other magazines in waiting area other than 3-4hairstyling books/mags, not even People or Vogue or Cosmopolitan or Sport Illustrated. Less than spa-like, only 5-7 hair chairs, and one pedicure station that I saw. My 60 minute massage started 10 minutes LATE, and since it ended on time, I was shorted 10 minutes. I was also told when I booked the appointment that the therapist would ask me about the correct pressure to apply; she didn't ASK ME ONCE, but she did talk to me about everything else. There was also a spot that was being massaged that was internal scar tissue from an old injury that kept "snapping". Rather than her asking me about it, I had to ask her to stop massaging that area. The rest of the massage was o.k., but I don't think I'd go back, even if I was offered a freebie.

My husband & I went to the spa for a couples massage; it was my Valentine's Day present to him. The massage room was very comfortable, and the therapists were thorough and knowledgeable. They made it a very special experience for us!
