Basics

Great for beginners and experienced students. This class is designed to give you a language and an understanding of the practice(s) of Yoga. This class also moves at a slower pace so you feel the pose with balance, Alignment and flexibility. Modifications are offered and prepares you for a Vinyasa (Breath&Motion) flow practice. This is a  great class as an introduction to Yoga. Recommended for beginners as well as experienced students interested in a lower intensity flow.Room is NOT heated but room temperature.

Yin / Restorative

Yin yoga opens up the deep, dense, connective tissues and joints of the body which are not often reached in an active yang yoga class. Each class offers a series of poses held for a considerable length of time to allow for complete and passive release.
