Instructors at PPYoga & Thrive will make you feel at home and motivate and challenge you to achieve your highest potential. Our studio spaces are filled with natural sun light from the large windows, beautiful wood floors and high ceilings. # Yoga Stretch and Restore

Often called "Yoga for Flexibility" or "Yoga for Athletes," this style of slow, relaxed stretch based yoga is the perfect complement to the "Yang" of Philly Power Yoga's signature style. In Yin Yoga, we gently move into poses designed to help with flexibility wihtout pushing ourselves over the limit. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes so you get the fullest possible stretch as well as time to relax your mind and connect to your breath. You'll complement your Power Yoga practice or other type of athletic exercise by learning to slow down, stretch, and make the muscles soft since a lot of athletic movement can sometimes make the body hard. # Yoga Stretch and Restore

Often called "Yoga for Flexibility" or "Yoga for Athletes," this style of slow, relaxed stretch based yoga is the perfect complement to the "Yang" of Philly Power Yoga's signature style. In Yin Yoga, we gently move into poses designed to help with flexibility wihtout pushing ourselves over the limit. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes so you get the fullest possible stretch as well as time to relax your mind and connect to your breath. You'll complement your Power Yoga practice or other type of athletic exercise by learning to slow down, stretch, and make the muscles soft since a lot of athletic movement can sometimes make the body hard.
