If you're looking for a true core workout, this is the class for you. This mixed levels mat class is the best cross-training class to sculpt your waistline and/or improved performance in your reformer and TRX classes. Props will be used to challenge your core while continuing to lengthen and strengthen muscles for a longer leaner look. This is a class for anyone wanting to feel lifted, limber and connected to your core. We will supply yoga mats for this class but invite you to bring your own!
