Designed for the student seeking to add more cardio to their routine, Pump Physique is a perfect compliment to both our Ballet Physique and Pilates Physique formats. The class features a blend of techniques that range from cardio kickboxing to classical ballet positions, using upbeat dance music and resistance tubing in place of dumbbells. The class offers an additional challenge to clients by focusing on center work instead of using the barre. Footwear or other special equipment are not required; compared to traditional aerobics, Pump Physique is low-impact and light on the joints.

Ballet Physique

The Ballet Physique is a high-intensity barre workout will challenge every major muscle in the body through a blend of strength training, stretching, and ballet postures. Using dumbbells, a barre, playground balls, and the client's own body weight, this class teaches some of the most fun and effective techniques for achieving the lithe, sexy shape of a dancer. Although the workout moves at a cardiovascular pace, our instructors will deliver appropriate modifications for beginner students. Consistent attendance in this class will produce better posture, increased energy, lean muscle mass, and even weight loss. While the intensity level may not be comfortable for students just beginning a weight training program, all levels are welcome! New clients are encouraged to meet with their instructor 5 minutes before class to discuss any necessary modifications.

Ballet Physique Stretch

This hybrid workout will strengthen and lengthen every major muscle group in the body through a blend of strength training, cardiovascular movement, ballet postures, and an extra dose of stretching. During the first 45-minutes of class, clients will receive a comprehensive workout from head to toe, in our signature Ballet Physique style. While the class moves at a quick pace, students are encouraged to work at their level and will be provided with modifications where appropriate. To conclude the hour, each instructor will dim the lights and lead clients through a full 15-minutes of luxurious stretches on the barre and on the floor. It's the perfect way to relieve stress, quiet the mind, and further enhance your flexibility.
