About Carolina Pilates
Carolina Pilates is the original full service Pilates and fitness studio in South Carolina since 2004. We offer privates, duets, small group training and classes on the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Ladder Barrel and mat. Our instructors are fully certified in many exercise genres other than Pilates and incude Budokon, Body Pump, Kettlebells, Yoga, Kickboxing, Spinning and more and will come to your home or business to train if you don't like to leave your home to workout! If you would like to experience Pilates from a fully certified instructor, try one of our free mat classes the second Saturday of every month at 9:15 a.m. from October 2010 through May 2011.
