I was in Sag Harbor with my boyfriend about a month ago and happened upon Uptown Pilates. I stopped in to inquire about taking classes while we were there on vacation. I then was able to take a few private lessons while we were there. I have some previous pilates experience, but I wouldn't call myself a pro by any means. The instructors were great at basing my session on my personal level and needs.
I was happy to be able to have such a wonderful experience and maintain my vacation body while away. :)
