About Lakes Fit Yoga
We focus on the concept of loving the body you have and pushing it to the limit. Our classes bring the balance between POWER in a Vinyasa style of yoga and FOCUS in discovering how to breathe. By bringing the Ujjayi breath into practice, we warm our bodies and give it the fuel to push through barriers in our mind and body. We crank up the heat to give your body more freedom to discover how far it can go. Come sweat with us and discover how beautiful your body IS.

This class is going to test your endurance, blast calories and still leave you in a yoga bliss! Class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and core blasting movement sandwiched between the warm-up and cool down of Vinyasa Yoga (like our Hot Power Yoga class). No extra heat needed (room is at 86 degree's) as we will be building all our own heat with intervals of burpees, jumping lunges, mt climbers, etc. We like to think of it as yoga on crack :) |

Have your little yogis join us as we nurture each of their unique spirits through yogic games and stories. Your child will travel to distant lands through imaginative play and creative projects based on a selected yogic topic. Compassion, empathy and shared mission will inspire a community feel to the class. Group yoga poses, music and breath will transform your child's body, mind and spirit. If dropping yogi's off for class, please use your discretion and have a reliable cell phone number on file in-case of an emergency (or meltdown).
