Pilates Circuit

This class utilizes different equipment, rotation on the cadillac, wunda chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and reformer. Increase overall strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. A full body workout to increase efficiency of movement. We have developed a sequence that incorporates a group warm-up and then rotation through stations with exercises for specific areas. Then we will spend 10 to 15 min at each piece of equipment. Followed by a group cool down/stretch at the end of class. Recommended for clients with reformer and mat experience at InnerPeace Pilates, admission into class is based on teacher’s discretion.

Jim is a truly gifted energy healer. He is not only able to sense the energy in the aura and chakras of the body, but also assist the body in releasing stagnant energy blockages and energizing depleted areas.There will be a short discussion on how thoughts and emotions effect the physical as well as the energy body.
