Happy Hour Yoga
HAPPY HOUR YOGA This flowing yoga class is the perfect way to close out your work week. It begins with standing postures, finding balance and slowly building heat as we flow from pose to pose. Transitioning to the floor and continuing to challenge ourselves, strengthening the core. Then the twisting, bending and folding of the seated poses wrings out any remaining toxins and tensions. Finally, inverting the body sends rich oxygenated blood to the brain, and prepares us for the nectar that awaits in savasana.
