RASAMAYA RESTORE YOGA is a balance between Yin Flow + Restorative Yoga. The perfect way to recharge your body. A Yin practice opens up the deep, dense, rarely touched tissues of the body. In this class you will hold postures for several minutes at a time to allow the connective tissue and fascia of the body to realign and relax while focusing on the breath, and the mind and body connection. Over time you will enjoy new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion, and an increased flow of energy that can only be achieved by focusing on the deeper tissues of the body.
