Roll, Release & Mobilize

With the use of a foam roller this class will help you improve your balance & stability, strengthen core muscles and total body function as you move and stabilize on the roller. Release muscular and fascia tension through rolling self-massage. Additionally using special designed balls, experience deep muscle release, increased mobility by placing the balls on specific trigger points and myofascial junctions with the goal of decreasing tightness and muscle spasms. This class helps relieve pain, improve postural alignment and joint range of motion. All levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
