About Lift Pilates
Pilates Studio with traditional wooden/maple Pilates equipment by Balanced Body, including Reformers, Split Pedal Stability Chairs (Wunda Chairs), Cadillac, Springboards, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrels, Spine Correctors. We offer Private, Semi-Private, Reformer Classes, Mat Classes, Springboard Classes. We are also a Pilates post-rehab and injuries and special populations services studio, working with clients physician or self-referred after surgery or injury.

Pilates Circuit Class
This class will make you sweat! Our Pilates Circuit class has 9 different exercises and utilizes the Reformers, Chairs, Springboards, Ladder Barrel and Cadillac. Get your heart rate up for 2 minutes at each station, then switch to the next exercise in the circuit. After your first set of 9 exercises, take a 1 minute break, and then repeat the circuit. This is a fantastic cardio-strength workout--we do exercises like "skating", "jumping" and "short spine" on the Reformer, "Body Mechanic" on the Cadillac, "Side Bends" and "Triceps Press" on the Chairs, and "Swan" on the ladder barrel. This circuit class hits each body part. We include a warm-up and a cool-down with nice stretching at the end. FUN and VERY challenging! (if you tend to catch on to things quickly, then no equipment experience should be necessary--we will teach you!) |
