Pole Velocity Dance and Fitness offers Pole Dance Fitness Classes - Beginner - Advanced, Sensual Chair Dance, Zumba, Bachelorette Parties, Group Lessons, and Home Parties. Class size is limited to 3-6 people for a more intimate class setting, more personal attention, and more time on the pole.

Aerial Fit uses the aerial hammock to enhance physical activity, flexibility, and strength and endurance. You will learn warm up, stretching, yoga basics, basic inversions and tricks, and strength conditioning. Take your aerial workout to the next level. Aerial Fit increases blood flow, lengthens the spine, improves circulation, improves digestion, makes your skin look younger, releases stress, and makes you feel limber and taller. Stretching is the key to becoming more mobile and improving flexibility. Most everyone does not take the time to stretch after a workout which leads to muscle soreness and tightness. This class will take you through a full stretch from head to toe. This class is great if you are working on splits, back bends, shoulder flexibility and back flexibility. The class is modified for each individual and there range of motion and flexibility. Yoga mats, straps, and blocks will be used to help you get into position. We will also incorporate stretching using poles. You Must RSVP by day before class. Class size is very limited. Check the schedule for times and days offered. Classes are 1 hour for $25/person if you sign up online or $35/person at the door. |
