Kinesis Mind/Body Training
Session: KinesisSession Size: 1-4 peopleDifficulty: 4-8Calorie Burn: MedDescription: Unquestionably the most advanced piece of workout equipment ever produced . By employing patented 360 degree Full Gravity Technology, KINESIS permits movement in any direction without compromising the level of resistance for an unmatched full-body workout that improves muscular strength & endurance. By simultaneously working the upper & lower body throughout the workout with minimal rest between stations, KINESIS burns maximum calories while working the entire body in each workout. Each KINESIS session is a sequence of 12 movements working the entire in 25-35 mins depending on group size & skill level. Each week a new movement is learned so that workouts stay fresh and don't get boring. It is also possible to recreate Sport-Specific movements such as golf swings in one of our Sport-Specific Training Programs. |
