A holistic program using safe techniques preparing women's bodies for a successful birthing experience. This unique exercise program touches on the needs of pregnant women from the first trimester through labor. The exercise used in this program will benefit both mother and baby by giving the education of anatomy and the birthing process. Stability balls are an integral component of the program. We ensure that women are acquainted with them as a labor tool so that they may be used comfortably and effectively during the birthing process.
