Super Stretch & Flex

You may know that you SHOULD stretch for better range of motion and injury prevention, but how many of us actually spend the time on this important piece of our exercise routine? Let us help as we guide you through 45 min. of flexibility training. This class is designed for those that want to gain greater range of motion in their flexibility from the splits to back bends! Pole Fit Level 3/4-Diva

Welcome to Pole Fit Level 4! This level has 12 different lessons included in the session. It is recommended, but not required, to take these lessons in order. Each week you will learn 8-10 new tricks, spins and transitions. You will also continue to add on to the level 4 assessment routine that you will performing on week 12. You will complete your workout with three new conditioning skills. It is recommended, although not required, that you also participate in one of our other great pole classes during the week. Our level four curriculum is part of a 6 level series that is a combination of a nationally certified program through the Pole Fitness Studio in Las Vegas as well as the creation of The Girls Room founder, Amber Cahill.
