Do you need more accountability to keep yourself on track with your goals? Our BOOTY CAMP program may be just what you are looking for! Also included, are 12 training sessions with one of our certified personal trainers; 2 days a week for the duration of the 6 week program. Booty Camp In the Park

Booty Camp in the Park is a boot camp type of outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fitness boot camps, Booty Camp is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves with exercises such as sprints, push ups and various forms ofplyometric and interval training. Vertical Booty Camp Level 2

The Flirty Girl Fitness Booty Beat dances are based on the hottest moves from your favorite music videos and club dancing. Unlike other dance programs, Flirty Girl is based on 32 beat counts, with the moves progressively taught so beginners can master the class their very first time. Each move is broken down using the F.L.I.R.T. cueing methodology, then brought up to tempo, and then the next move stacked on. Super Stretch & Flex

You may know that you SHOULD stretch for better range of motion and injury prevention, but how many of us actually spend the time on this important piece of our exercise routine? Let us help as we guide you through 45 min. of flexibility training. This class is designed for those that want to gain greater range of motion in their flexibility from the splits to back bends!
