Located in the exclusive Palm Springs Desert resort community of Indian Wells, at the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains, Miramonte offers a luxury spa resort experience in southern California. Relaxation respites include two swimming pools—one saltwater and one for adults-only—and Well Luxury Spa, named the number-one resort spa in North America and the Caribbean by Condé Nast Traveler. The spa celebrates the healing powers of Indian Wells’ underground waters and features outdoor and indoor relaxation suites and Vichy showers where customers lie on tables built from 100-year-old Acacia cedar. The spa, along with Miramonte’s Grove Artisan Kitchen and The Vineyard Lounge, welcomes resort and local clientele; guests also have access to nearby championship California golf courses and tennis gardens.

The 12,000-square-foot, Tuscan-inspired Well Spa has many Old World touches, including arched doorways and dark wood accents. Its extensive facilities include indoor and outdoor relaxation suites, and a salt water pool heated to body temperature which is used for hydro yo chi classes as well as floating massage treatments.
The spa's signature service is the Pittura Festa (painting party) for two, which takes place in an outdoor, private setting. Spa-goers “paint” one another or themselves with brushes and colorful muds and clays. Afterward, they rinse the muds off in the Swiss shower. Couples can then relax and enjoy simultaneous custom massages performed by two therapists in a private cabana. To enhance the experience, guests have the option to choose a scented oil for their treatment.
The Well Spa is also known for its bagno vino (wine baths), reflexology and table yoga therapy. Massage, facials, scrubs, wraps and teen and couple’s treatments are also offered. A weekly wellness class schedule includes yoga and tai chi.

- Palm Springs International Airport is 18 miles away, while the Ontario International Airport, in San Bernardino County, is 70 miles from the resort. The Los Angeles International Airport is within 122 miles.
- Miramonte is a pet-friendly property. A $100 deposit and $50 cleaning fee apply.

Facilities & Amenities
Miramonte has no shortage of opportunity to soak in the desert sun and enjoy a refreshing swim. The main swimming pool, located near the spa, has hot tubs, sundecks, daybeds and private cabanas available for rental. In addition, the resort has another adults-only pool with fabulous views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Guests also enjoy pathways, not hallways that wind along the resort’s 11 acres which are abundant with native citrus, olive and palm trees as well as rose gardens and herb gardens. Guests can take an afternoon nap on one of several oversized hammocks or cozy up in the evening around a crackling fire pit.
Recreational activities are abundant. Located just minutes from the “golf capital of the world, Palm Springs,” Miramonte guests can access 36 holes of championship golf at the Indian Wells Golf Resort, or at the more than 100 area golf courses. Other nearby activities and attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, several nearby casinos, shopping and outlet malls, theaters, museums and galleries. For the adventurist, Jeep tours, rock climbing, hiking and hot-air ballooning opportunities are available in the area.
