I started taking yoga classes over a year ago at Mind & Body and it has changed my whole outlook on health and wellness. I'm 52 years old and had never been to a yoga class and was a little apprehensive to say the least. After that first class, I fell in love with yoga. I've tried the spin class, pilates, piloxing and others, and enjoyed them all. The instructors are wonderful! Darlene, the owner/instructor takes the time to get to know everyone individually and there is a real "family" atmosphere. There is also a massage therapist on site who is fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone starting or enjoying a journey to wellness/fitness check it out!
