Beginner Cardio Hoop Sculpt
In the beginner group, participants will Hoop Dance fundamentals. Emphasis will be on core moves and body hooping; learning to move the hoop from the waist, hips, shoulders, arms and legs, in addition to the instruction of brakes, paddles, lifts, and vertical hooping. The group training session includes a hoop warm-up and concludes with a stretching routine in which the hoops also are incorporated. Designed to sculpt & tone, and increase cardiovascular endurance. Can't dance, don't have rhythm, can't keep that bitty hoop of your kids from going around your waist? No worries, these are not the lightweight hoops of your childhood. Jen has a custom hoop to fit all shapes and sizes :) and has NEVER had a student that could not hoop! |
