    The Bodysmith offers private, duet, and trio sessions by Stott Pilates certified instructors. Instructors design programs to meet the needs of the individual or give well-rounded sessions to multiple participants. In addition, we offer closed and drop-in classes. The Bodysmith is a Stott Pilates hosting center. The 5400 square foot studio is fully equipped with Stott Pilates equipment.

The TRX suspension trainer is a great compliment to your existing workout program. You'll find the exercises that you know and love from the mat and equipment, transition into a vertical position using your body weight as resistance. The TRX was designed by a Navy Seal who had been stuck in a warehouse on location for 4 months. During those 4 months he could not leave the warehouse or risk giving the position of his team away. He perfected his workout creation from a parachute. Oh, and the TRX is also fun, you'll find a cardio and plyometric benefit.
