I've never been a gym rat and finding something that is easy on my back and shoulders has been difficult, but I started Pure Barre 3 months ago and I've already lost 10 pounds, and dropped 2 sizes. It's a stress reliever, they are open 7 days a week, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's a bit pricy, but it my opinion, it is worth it! I feel great.
