Hatha yoga is a gentle style of practice comprised of static poses, longer holds and slower, gentler movement. Vinyasa practice consists of sequences that link together fluidity and quick movement. When Hatha and Vinyasa are combined, it allows the practitioner plenty of room for creative interpretation. This class will include sun salutations, balance poses, forward bends and back bends to work the body and focus the mind and will end with a final relaxation in Savanasa at the end of class. |
