Reformer
This class is for the student familiar with Level 1 and Level 2 Reformer exercises and has a clear understanding of neutral spine. If you are ready to be more challenged on the reformer and gain experience with the Pilates EXO chair, Tower, Springboard, Pilates Arc and other Pilate props then this is the class for you. Instructor will choose an additional piece of euqipment to use during this 50 minute class in addition to the reformer. This class will also help prepare you for the more advanced Reformer Circuit class. Class size limited to 5 students and reservations are required. Students should have a minimum of 6 months experience on the reformer or has attended our Beginner Reformer 5 - week Series |
