We are a fitness based circus acrobatic studio that also offers yoga, zumba, dance, and group fitness classes. We train acrobats, gymnasts, dancers, and anyone who has an interest in getting fit in a very alternative way!

Aerial Yoga 2 Strength-Reservation Required, Limited Space Available
NO DROP INS...PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED...LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLEPlease bring a yoga mat and water.This class is a yoga hybrid combining traditional yoga poses with aerial arts, pilates and dance. Aerial Yoga Strength - This level 2 class presents the use of aerial fabric to enhance traditional yoga postures and deepen strength training. In this 75 minute session, students will use the force of gravity to assist inversions, deepen shoulder and hip openers and provide adjustible weight resistance through yoga and conditioning segments. Students will perform back bends, inversions and strengthening exercises in this well-rounded, challenging and ultimately centering session. Expect to sweat, stretch, relax and have a great time finding a new perspective in the fabrics. All levels are welcome, but it is a more challenging class, so those with injuries or those just beginning a fitness program are cautioned. |

Ballet-Mixed Levels
Taught by a professional Ballerina, the class will focus mostly on strength, flexibility, line, and grace...all things necessary for any budding dancer or circus artist. The class will begin with a few pilates-oriented strengthening and stretching exercises, then up to the ballet barre for some basics. The class will end in the center with fun combinations that will challenge the dancer in you.
