About Bennington CrossFit
Located in the old CB Sport building.Bennington CrossFit is a small CrossFit affiliate equiped to handle up to 15 athletes at a time. We are equiped with a full assortment of equipment for CrossFit training: olympic bumper plates and smaller fractional steel plates, full sized and lightweight olympic bars, squat/press stands, pull-up bars, plyoboxes, Concept II rowers, kettlebells, and gymnast rings.
