Jump/Ab Class
The jump board is a padded, platform attached to the foot-end of the Reformer. While lying on back, jump away from the platform then catch and bring the carriage back in. Think Plyometrics without the impact. Building power is endless with the jump board because the stronger you get the more springs you add. Then top it off with 30 minutes of deep abdominal work! This class will compliment any training regime: Running, Cycling, Cyclo-cross, Nordic, and Alpine skiing etc.. |
