YinYasa Yoga
The practice of Yin yoga is slow, steady and sometimes stationary using poses designed for longer holds. The yin practice encourages a sense of core softness and mental surrender. The same and/or similar pilates exercises are incorporated into classes as a regular class, but the exercises are appropriate specifically for pregnant women to help maintain strength and endurance and reduce low back pain during pregnancy. The breathing really helps prepare for delivery. Exercising during pregnancy can help with recovery after delivery. |

YinYasa Yoga
