Level 2/3. This vigorous style of yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of sun salutations and postures. The smooth continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Intelligent flow classes are best if you already physically active, comfortable with the basic yoga postures, and appreciate a healthy sweat. Be Cool Yoga Hour (all levels)

We thought that an hour was way too short for a yoga class until we created the 'coolest hour' of yoga. This is a straight up 60 minute practice of pure vinyasa. We start at the top of the mat in this strong all level class and we do not pause to check our iPhones, iPads or contemplate our next big venture. It is all yoga and it is all good. Think: asana espresso, mid day snack or your teaser for later day practice.

Intro to Flight Club Yoga (Aerial)
