TRX Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. The TRX device is attached to an anchor point. Each participant then grabs the handles with their hands or attaches their feet in the foot cradles. One simply changes the angle of their body from the ground for the different exercises. Having the ability to change the body's angle allows one to work with more or less body weight which can intensify or modify a specific exercise. This class is open to both "newbies" and those familiar with suspension training. All exercise selection as well as work intervals will be decided by the instructor at the time of the class based on the experience of the attendees. Attendees always have the choice to modify or "intensify" the exercises to better suit their fitness needs.

Ballet Barre

Using Christine's experience as a ballet dancer, Fitness Dynamics created their own version of the very popular Ballet Barre class. Many intense exercise sequencing targeting the seat, the hips, the hamstrings and the thighs are executed until your muscles are quivering. The upper body section of this class will work on your arms and that often forgotten back of the shoulder/triceps area, giving you beautiful and toned arms. This class will help you obtain that lean and chiseled look that ballerinas are famous for.

Hip Hop Hustle

If you LOVE Zumba you will have a Blast learning HUSTLE!! It's an awesome easy to learn cardio dance format, set to high-energy music. The class is set up in two parts: The Hustle and the Show. The "Hustles" part of the class includes steps of the SHOW to help introduce the moves and keep you moving continuously to keep that heart rate up! If you think you have two left feet, the SHOW is optional and can take up to 6 weeks to learn. But everyone can attend for a good time and a great way to burn calories. Using small weight (3-5 lbs) our team's high intensity class will transform your body into a lean, fat burning machine. Our Instructors  like to use compound exercises (working legs and arms at the same time) which will result in a heart rate elevation, making the class more effective.
