Jnana Yoga Bookclub
Jnana, meaning wisdom or discernment, is the yoga of true knowledge. Jnana yoga looks into who we are and what we are experiencing. The Jnana Yoga Bookclub will begin with the Yoga Sutras of Pantanjali for the first few months and then continue with other sacred texts, allowing for an organic experience of study and discussion as a means to understanding self and life better.
