    Oxygen Mind and Body offers Pilates mat, yoga, barre, and Pilates Reformer private training sessions and group classes. Drop ins are always welcome, and your first class regardless of type is on the house. Our studio is a single open space with beautiful new hard wood floors and a giant window to let in the light. Mats and yoga blocks are provided.

Pilates Mat - Multi-level

All levels welcome! A variety of props- bands, rings, foam rollers and yoga blocks are used throughout the class to both assist and enhance. Options exist throughout for those who are experienced and for those who are just beginning.

Rock Bottom Barre

This "boot-camp" take on ballet barre work will leave your bottom screaming and your heart signing. Set to up beat music, the class progresses through standing work at the barre (plies, squats, leg raises of all types), Pilates Mat work, some cardio, deep abdominal and thigh work, and even upper body resistance exercises. No part of the body will be left out! Experience is not required, but get ready to work! Sneakers are optional. This class is not recommended for those who have serious knee issues - If you have questions, please contact the studio.

Reformer 2

Orientation Required. This multi-level class is appropriate for students with moderate experience. This class is not appropriate for beginners. We recommend taking 5 Level 1/2 classes before bumping up to Level 2, unless otherwise recommended by an instructor.

Cardio Barre Bootcamp

Take your barre workout to the next level with more faster choreography and non stop movement! All your favorite moves, plus tons of cardio "breaks". This class is not recommended for anyone with knee, ankle or back injuries.

Vinyasa Flow Express

All Levels Vinyasa Flow where students can expect plenty of Sun Salutations to strengthen, stretch, and detoxify the body, all packed in to 60 minutes. This class will be full of movement with minimal down time.
