Intro to Yoga

Intro to Yoga is a 2 hour workshop where you will learn the history, purpose, and the many benefits of yoga. We will explore basic standing and sitting postures and breathing techniques that will provide you with a solid foundation for your on-going practice. You will be able to determine, with the guide of the teacher, which level best suits your needs. Dress in comfortable clothes; do not eat 2 hours prior to class, be on time, and please come fragrance free. Cost is $15.
