TT Power Hour
This class is designed for intermediate to advanced cyclists looking to add an intense interval session to their training program. Each class consists of a warm up, 40 – 50 min interval set and 15 min cool down. Coaches will help participants dial in threshold wattage and heart rates and work on pacing, optimal cadence and power output. Class emphasizes threshold tolerance and vo2 max intervals. |
