    Eden Pilates is a beautiful 1700 sq. ft. studio located in the centre of Toronto just north of Yonge and Bloor, right in the heart of Rosedale. The studio offers the highest quality Pilates training available. All instructors are STOTT PILATES trained, extremely talented, and well versed in many other Pilates styles and influences. Clients enjoy a continuously motivating and versatile Pilates experience.The studio offers private, semi-private and group mat and equipment classes. It is equipped with a V2 Max Plus STOTT PILATES Professional Reformer and Split-Pedal Stability Chair for Private Sessions and 6 STOTT PILATES Professional Reformers for group equipment classes. All classes integrate fitness circles, foam rollers, toning bands, mini stability balls, and toning balls to make the workouts fun and challenging. ***All group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 participants***.
