YOGA BLAST is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. YOGA BLAST is closely modeled on the Ashtanga style of practice. Unlike Ashtanga, YOGA BLAST does not follow a set series of poses. What they have in common is an emphasis on strength and flexibility. Our YOGA BLAST class has became popular as people began to see yoga as a way to work out.The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale.
